What is the delivery time?
The expedition is done in 2 to 3 days. The delivery is generally done in 10 to 20 days all over the world.

Delivery is made by your local station.
When is my parcel delivered?
Your package is delivered during office hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the postman will leave the package in the letter box or if there is no access, you will have to pick up the parcel at your local post office.
How to track my package?
A tracking number is attached to the confirmation email. It will serve you to track your package around the world. To track your package, use the website of your national post.
I did not receive my package. What should I do?
Your package is probably delayed by the customs. In this case, you have a period of 30 days (from the date of dispatch) to receive it. Beyond 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience.
My package does not suit me, what can I do?
You can return your package within 14 days to be refunded or to make an exchange. In the case of refund, it will take 7 to 14 business days depending on the method of payment. For the exchange, we will return an article when we receive the returned one. BEFORE sending a referral, contact us on Instagram or by email to discuss the terms and conditions.
Do I have to pay the return?
